1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon and salt
3 zucchini, about 6 inch long, shredded (about 2 cups, squeezed of excess liquid)
1/2 to 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine first 4 ingredients. Add next 3 ingredients and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour into pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips on top. Bake for 45 minutes; cool and turn out on wire rack to cool completely.
