PARMESAN GARLIC POTATOES

Category: Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes, cut into chunks
3/4 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp parsley

In a saucepan, cook potatoes until tender. Drain and place bake in pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mash potatoes and gradually add butter and sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste for additional seasonings, if needed. Serves 4
