HONEY DIJON SALAD WITH SHRIMP

8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 lb cleaned cooked shrimp
3 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups sliced carrots
Favorite Honey Dijon dressing
Combine ingredients except dressing and chill until ready to serve. Pour dressing over salad and top with croutons. Serves 6
