CLASSIC ITALIAN BURGER

Category: Burgers

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
4 hamburger buns, toasted on grill
Garnishes, lettuce and tomatoes

Combine first 5 ingredients and form into 4 (3/4 inch thick) patties. Grill 5-7 minutes to medium doneness or until center are no longer pink. Top cheese on the burgers the last few minutes to melt. Serve on bus with lettuce and tomatoes.
