1/4 cup flour
1 tsp paprika and caraway seed
2 tbsp butter
1 lb stewed meat
1 lb lean pork, cubed
2 lb sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
2 medium onions, sliced
12 oz kielbasa, polish or smoked link sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1-2 cups dry white wine
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
Beef broth
Chopped parsley
Small boiled potatoes

Combine flour and seasonings; coat meat. Heat butter in a Dutch oven. Add meat and brown on all sides. Add next 5 ingredients and mix. Cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until meat is tender. If the mixture becomes to dry, add beef broth as it cooks. Remove meat and vegetables to serving platter. Garnish with parsley and serve with potatoes. Serves 6-8
