2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/3 cup half-and-half
1/2 tsp chicken base
1/2 cup yellow onions, finely diced
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup minced parsley
3/4 cup diced ham and cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash paprika
1 large bag tortilla chips, dipping
In a food processor, drop chunks cream cheese and next 3 ingredients and process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl. Fold in next 6 ingredients and mix until fully and uniformly blended. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
Place dip in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving. Serve cold with chips.
