2 lbs small new potatoes
3 tbsp crab boil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pint sour cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
1 heaping tbsp prepared horseradish
6 green onions (chopped)
In a kettle of water, place potatoes, crab boil, salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until done (15 to 20 minutes). Chop potatoes in a baking dish. Add remaining ingredients and blend together well. Serves 6-8
