1 prepared pizza crust
4-6 tbsp pesto
1/4 - 1/3 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
4-5 oz brie cheese, chilled
1-2 tbsp pine nuts
1-2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper
Slices prosciutto
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preheat oven to 475. Spread pesto evenly over surface of crust. Drain tomatoes, slice very thing, and distribute evenly over pizza. Slice the cheese and arrange on pizza like the spokes of a wheel. Add the nuts and remaining ingredients. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges of cruse are lightly browned. Sprinkle with basil. Slice.
