1 (16 oz) pkg hot pork sausage
2 tbsp water
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Tortilla chips

Cook sausage in a skillet, cooking to crumble; drain. Stir in 2 tsp water; cover and cook 1 minute. Stir in spinach and next 6 ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated through. Serve with tortilla chips.
