1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp flour
1 1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 375. Combine sugar, flour, corn syrup, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Stir in pecans and butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until center of pie is set (puffed and golden brown).
