2 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan until tender; remove from heat. Add spinach and remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4
