1 lb hamburger
2 quarts water
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 large can crushed tomatoes
6 stalks celery, diced
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 (8 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 can mushrooms
1 cup orzo pasta, cooked al dente, drained

Saute and drain hamburger. In a stockpot, add cooked beef, and next 6 ingredients. Cook for 1-2 hours. Add the frozen vegetables and mushrooms, cooking until tender. Add cooked pasta to soup just before serving. Serves 6
