1 9 inch graham cracker pie shell
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup Triple Sec
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
6-8 drops green food coloring, optional

Sprinkle gelatin over lime juice and dissolve it over hot water. When gelatin is thoroughly dissolved, add tequila and Triple Sec. Refrigerate.

Whip cream until it thickens. Add sugar, continue beating until soft peaks form. Refrigerate. When gelatin mixture begins to thicken or takes on a thin syrupy quality, fold it into the cream while adding food coloring. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate. Garnish with lime, whipped cream strawberries, if desired.
