5 lbsred potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup whole milk or Half and Half
2 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard
Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste
1 tsp Beau Monde seasoning
6 finely chopped sweet gherkins
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 bunch radishes, cleaned and thinly sliced or finely chopped
1/4 cup pickle relish
10 hard-boiled eggs

Boil the potatoes until tender. When cool enough to handle, peel the potatoes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl blend mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, milk and mustard until smooth. This dressing should be fairly thin, so don't skimp on the milk! Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the warm potatoes into cubes and add to the dressing, folding carefully. Add green onions and radishes and blend well. Then add 6 chopped, hard-boiled eggs to the mixture and fold in. The other 4 hard-boiled eggs are layered on top for a pretty presentation. Chill well to let flavors blend. Serves about 10 people.
