2 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp sugar
5 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 apples, peeled and sliced
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together cinnamon and sugar. Sift together next 3 ingredients. Add oil and next 3 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased tube pan; add 1/2 of apples; sprinkle with 1/2 of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Repeat layers. Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from pan after cooling for 15 minutes.
