1/4 cup sweet paprika
2 tbsp EACH chili powder, ground cumin, dark brown sugar, pepper and salt
1 tbsp dried oregano and sugar
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Note: Depending on how spicy you like it, you can reduce or add the amount of cayenne and chili powder. This rub is really good on ribs, brisket and pork.
