2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 1/2 cups celery, diced
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
4 cups potato chips, whole
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lemon slice, peeled
1/2 small onion
1 cup cheddar cheese cubes
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Put chicken and celery in casserole. Add nuts. Crush chips; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Add to chicken and mix well. Sprinkle chips over top. Bake for 30 minutes.
