Cowboy Corn Bread

- 2 packages corn bread mix
- 1 can (16 ounce size) creamed corn
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Saute meat and onions until meat is browned; drain fat. Blend corn bread mix, corn and eggs. Add milk. Pour half the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread with meat, chilies and cheese. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
