1 lb frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
1 tsp kosher salt
Coat 2 large rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray. Cut dough into 4 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 24 inch rope; form into a pretzel shape and place on baking sheets.
In a small bowl, beat egg white and water and brush over each pretzel. Sprinkle with salt. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place, about 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic wrap and bake 15-17 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
