3 (6 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
6 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 green onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil
3/4 cup red wine vinegar and olive oil
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Combine artichokes and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together reserved marinade and next 3 ingredients. Pour over tomato mixture. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Drain and serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.
