1 1/2 cups finely crushed thin pretzels
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 (4 oz) bars unsweetened baking chocolate, broken into pieces
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
4 (4 oz) bars semi-sweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces
1 tbsp shortening
Preheat oven to 350. Combine pretzels and melted butter into a bowl and press into a 13x9 inch baking pan to form a crust.
Place the sweetened condensed milk and unsweetened chocolate in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth and melted. Pour over crust.
Top with marshmallows, coconut and nuts; pressing firmly down onto chocolate layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned; Cool on a wire rack.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate and shortening and drizzle over the entire top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set before cutting into bars.
