2 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and Old Bay Seafood seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing the grill
2 lbs large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemon wedges, for serving
Combine seasonings with 2 tbsp olive oil. Pour mixture over the shrimp and marinate in a resealable bag for 30 minutes.
Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat the grill. Toss the shrimp with salt and lemon juice; marinate for an additional 5 minutes. Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink with some charring around the edges. Serve hot with lemon wedges. Serves 4
