1 lb unsalted butter
1 lb + 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz Unsweetened chocolate
6 extra large eggs
3 Tbsp. Instant coffee
2 tbsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour, divided
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 cups diced walnuts
Melt butter, 1 lb chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate in double boiler. Cool slightly. Stir together eggs, coffee, vanilla and sugar and add to chocolate mixture. Cool thoroughly. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt and add to chocolate. Toss walnuts and 2 cups chocolate chips with enough of the flour to coat. Add to chocolate mixture. Pour into greased and floured sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Halfway through baking, rap the pan against the oven shelf to allow air to escape from between the pan and brownie dough. Do not over bake.
