4 medium potatoes, boiled with skins
3 tbsp butter
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup grated cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
3 green onions, chopped
Peel and dice potatoes Add butter, soup, sour cream, 1/2 grated cheese and onions; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle the other 1/2 cup grated cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 30 min.
