1 1/2 cups dairy eggnog
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp rum
Assorted fruit dippers

In a medium saucepan, combine eggnog and cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; cover surface with plastic wrap and cool.

Meanwhile, whip cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream, sour cream and rum into eggnog mixture. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with fruit.
