1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce and barbecue sauce
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 (1 1/2 lb) top sirloin or round steak, cut into 1/2 inch strips
8 pearl onions and green or red bell pepper strips
Soak 6 wooden skewers at least 30 minutes. In a bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Thread beef strips onto skewers; place an onion or pepper strip on each end of skewer. Place kabobs in marinade and place in refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Grill kabobs over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
