4 pork tenderloins
8 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp mixed garlic
4 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 pkg or jar prepared veal demi-glace

Sprinkle tenderloins with salt on pepper on all sides. Brush with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and parsley. Let marinate at least 2 hours. Cook on grill until internal temperature reaches 165. Heat demi-glace and pour over pork. Serves 4
