3 lbs Italian sausage, cut into chunks
2 large onion, chopped
2 large bell pepper, cut into rings
3 large cans pork and beans, drained
2 tsp liquid smoke
3 (12 oz) bottles chili sauce
32 oz jar molasses, use about two-thirds
4 tsp horseradish
3 tsp prepared mustard

Cook sausage chunks until brown. Remove and add onion. Cook until transparent. Mix sausage and onion with remaining gingredients except pepper rings. Pour mixture into a 3 quart casserole dish. Arrange pepper rings on top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 20
