1 lbs medium-wide noodles
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1/2 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large cooked potato, cold, diced
1 lbs cooked lean corned beef, coarsely chopped
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup chopped parsley

In a large skillet, saute the onion, green pepper, and potato in the olive oil and butter. Add the corned beef, and when crisp, add the pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and chopped parsley. Toss with the noodles and serve. Serves 4 to 6
