1 bag frozen hash browns
1 1/2 lb sliced Canadian bacon
1 EACH onion, green, yellow and red bell peppers, chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg mushrooms, sliced
5 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper

Layer hash browns in a 13x9 inch baking dish; season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then layer the chopped vegetables. Cook bacon until crispy; place on top. Beat eggs and milk; add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Pour egg mixture over bacon; spread grated cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
