1 onion, cut into wedges
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp pepper and thyme
2 1/2 cups turkey broth
1 tsp lemon juice
2 1/2 cups cubed turkey
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture, thawed

Biscuits
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbs butter
1/3 cup milk

Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes. Blend flour and seasoings and gradually add to broth. Cook, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. And pour into a baking dish.

Biscuits: Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Make a well in center and pour in milk. Stir with a fork or with your fingers just until dough holds together. Knead gently, pat out on floured board and cut into 8 wedges. Place biscuits onto turkey mixture and bake at 450 for 15 to 20 inutes, until filling is hot and biscuits are lightly browned.
