2 tbsp butter
1/2 of a 28 oz bag frozed diced Potatoes Obrien
2 cups finely chopped roast turkey or chicken
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 clove garlic, crushed
Cayenne pepper or hot sauce, salt and pepper, to taste

Melt butter in a skillet and add potatoes. Cook, stirring until onions brown slighetly, 2-3 minutes. Add the turkey, broth and garlic. Stir to combined and season with salt and pepper. Let hash simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed, 10-15 minutes. Taste and add hot sauce and additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once. Serves 4
