1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chili sauce and water
3/4 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
3 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp chopped chives
1/3 cup tomato and cucumber peeled, seeded, chopped and drained
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
Additional chopped chives
Crackers or chips for dipping

In a skilleg, brown beef; drain well. Add next 5 ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all moisture is evaporated. Spread mixture in a pie plate; cool.

Beat the cream cheese and garlic until fluffy. Add yogurt and 1 tbsp chives just until blended. Spread over meat mixture to within 1 inch of edge. Spoon cucumber and tomato on to, decorating as desired. Serve immediately, or if making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with peanuts and additional chives. Serve with crackers or chips. Serves 12
