3 cups crabmeat, shells and cartlidge removed
1 cup mayonnaise
5 water chestnuts
4 clove garlic
1 tsp chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce and pepper
2 finely chopped scallions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with scallions. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cold.
