1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp Chablis wine
1/2 tsp garlic powder and dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp chicken base
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 1/4 cups quartered fresh mushrooms
10 oz dry uncooked fettuccine (use half white and half tomato pasta)
In large skillet, combine butter, wine and seasonings. Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until translucent, 4 to 5 minutes. Add onions and mushrooms and heat through, 2 to 3 minutes.
While heating onions and mushrooms, cook pasta. Put hot pasta on serving dishes and top with shrimp/vegetable mixture. Serve immediately. Serves 4
