2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder and poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups bread cubes
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups cooked and chopped turkey
1 (2 1/2 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and seasonings. In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with with butter mixture. Spread the mixture in a large shallow baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread cubes are toasted; stirring often. Reduce oven to 325.

While cubes are toasting, whiskt together broth and next 5 ingredients. Cooked; whisking constantly; until mixture starts to thicken. Cook and whisk for 2 minutes more or until thickened.

In a small bowl, slowly stir about 1/2 cup of the broth mixture into the eggs; then return this mixture to the saucepan. Cook; whisking constantly for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens but do not allow to boil.

Spread half the bread cubes in a lightly greased 8 inch baking dish. Top with the turkey and mushrooms; then the remaining cubes. Pour the chicken broth mixture over all. Bake, covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to rest a few minutes before slicing. Serves 4
