Pastry
6 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
Butter flavored cooking spray or melted butter
6 tsp sugar

Strawberry cream
1 cup semi-pureed chunky strawberries
1/2 cup coarsely chopped strawberries
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp Framboise (strawberry flavored liquor)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup whipped topping
3 cups sliced strawberries
Confectioners sugar, for topping

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 1 sheet on working surface with spray or brush with cooking spray or butter and sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar. Repeat process 2 more times. Cut the layered phylloe into 10 (6x3 inch) rectangles. Discard any scraps.

Place on prepared pan and bake until crisp and golden, about 3-5 minutes watching carefully so phyllo does not burn. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Repeat with remaining phyllo dough. When finished, you should have 20 rectangles.

Filling: Fold together the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Just before servng: Place a phylloe rectangle on a dessert plate. Spoon 1/4 cup of strawberry cream onto the pastry and top with strawberry slices. Top with another phyllo rectangle and dust with confectioners sugar Serves 10
