1 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed at room temperature
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (12 oz) jar beef gravy
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried thyme, crusted
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Preheat oven to 400. Roll each sheet into 12 inch squares and cut into 4 (6 inch) squares.

Brown beef and onion in a skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain. Add remaining ingredients to heat through. Place about 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each square. Brush edges with water. Fold to form triangles and seal edges with a fork. Place on 2 baking sheets and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
