1 1/2 lbs any firm fish steaks
3 tbsp orange juice or soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup, cooking oil and chopped parsley
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Heat grill. Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in a single layer in a 2 quart shallow casserole. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except orange and water chestnuts. Pour sauce over fish; cover and store in refrigeratore for 30 minutes, turning once. Grill steaks 6-8 minutes and basting with marinade to desired doneness.
