16 oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
15 oz can cream of coconut
3 cups club soda pineapple juice, chilled
2 cups rum
Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth; pour into a pitcher or punch bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda and rum. Serve over crushed ice. Makes 2 1/2 quarts
