1 (16 oz) bottle peach nectar, chilled
1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
Garnish: Fresh raspberries

Fill each of 6 champagne flutes with 2 oz peach nectar and 4 oz wine. Garnish. Serve immediately. Serves 6
