1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp milk and prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb fresh lump crab meat, drained and picked through for cartiledge
1/8 tsp paprika

Position knife blade in food processor; add first 8 ingredients. Process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheese and crab meat. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or breadsticks.
