1 (12 oz) pkg ground hot or milk pork sausage
1 green and red bell pepper, diced
1 pkg fajita seasoning mix
2 (12 oz) cans refrigerated biscuits
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
Cook sausage in a skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Stir in pepper and cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with seasoning mix, and cook 1-2 minutes; drain well, pressing with paper towels.
Separate biscuits; and cut into quarters; place in a large mixing bowl. Fold in sausage mixture, tossing to coat.
Layer biscuit mixture and cheese in a lightly greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Turn mold onto a serving plant, and serve immediately.
