1 box long-grain and wild rice with herbs
1 can cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp dried parsley
Dash curry powder
6-8 pieces chicken on the bone, skinned, if desired
1 envelope onion soup mix
Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into pan. Place chicken on top of rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup over all. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours with no peeking.
