2 1/2 lbs chicken legs, wings and thighs
1 tsp seasoned salt, salt and pepper
3 tbsp butter
2 large onions, halved and sliced
1/2 cup water
Hot cooked rice, for 4 servings
Season chicken. Melt butter in a skillet and add chicken pieces. Cook until browned on each side. Remove chicken and keep warm.
Add onions to skillet, and saute 10 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to skillet; stir in the water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until sauce thickens and chicken is done. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4-6
