4 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 tsp horseradish
1/8 tsp hot sauce
2 (4 1/2 oz) cans small shrimp
12 oz frozen langastinos
1/4 tsp garlic salt
8 seafood sticks, chopped
1 tbsp cooking sherry
7 tbsp butter
2 tubs Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste

Beat together 1/8 tsp garlic salt and cream cheese. Squeeze juice from langastinos and use with the juice from 1 can shrimp. Add sherry, horseradish, and hot sauce. Add seafood. Place mixture in a quiche dish.

In a saucepan, melt butter; set aside. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to cracker crumbs. Stir this mixture with butter. If mixture needs additional moisture for spreading, add sherry. Spread mixture over seafood mixture and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
