1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, ground thyme and ground cumin
1/4 cup corn oil
Mix together and marinade meat overnight in the refrigerator. Let meat rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling. Use marinade to baste steak and sliced onions and bell peppers.
