1/2 pkg caramels
1 tbsp milk
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chunky applesauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Fresh apple slices
Caramel ice cream sauce

Melt caramels with the milk, stirring until smooth. Pour into crust, sprinkle with nuts. Cool.

Beat next 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in next 3 ingredients and fold in half the whipped cream. Spread over caramel layer in crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, apple slices and drizzle with caramel ice cream sauce.
