2 tsp sugar
2 oz orange juice
Dash of grenadine
1-1/4 oz of white rum
Splash of dark rum
Orange slices and maraschino cherries, for garnish
Put sugar into a container and dissolve with orange juice and grenadine. Add white rum and some shaved ice and shake well until frothy. Strain into a tall glass over fresh shaved ice. Float dark rum on top. Garnish with orange slice and a cherry. Serves 1
