1/2 lb ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 (8 oz) tubs refrigerated crescent rolls
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Remove from heat. Add tomato sauce, cheese and oregano; mix well. Separate crescent dough into 8 rectangles, pinching seams together. Place about 3 tbsp meat mixture along one long side of dough. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, starting with the long side. Cut each roll into three pieces. Place seam side down, 2 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
